Return Policy
HDW is ready to provide a refund of the products that have been damaged due to shipping error if, the customer resends the package within 14 days from the purchasing date. A customer should do two things under this specific case.
- Contact HDW customer service center and describe the issue.
- Re-ship the package and update HDW with the corresponding tracking number.
The refund payment is limited to the value of the products. No shipping cost will be repaid.
The company will not provide any refund for the partially used products, products, and packages with broken packaging seals.

HDW only accepts USD payments.
The customer should pay when placing the order.
Irrespective of giving reasons, either the customer or the HDW company can cancel an order within 48 GMT hours.

All HDW herbal products are recommended only for external use.
No need of worrying, buy HDW products with confidence. HDW products have natural preservatives. HDW provides a purely natural treatment for your body.

Delivery Policy
HDW uses internationally accepted shipping service providers to ship our products. You’ll receive your products in a timely manner.
You should pay for the shipping.
Based on the delivery destination, the shipping cost may vary.
Shipping normally takes 7-12 business days.
HDW ships your order within 3-5 business days. Hence if you are willing to do any changes to your shipping address, you should state the change within 3 days. After that HDW has tp denied the shipping changes.
You should bear any specific taxations, the company won’t bear any responsibility regarding the regional taxes.
Once the HDW has shipped your package, you’ll receive a package tracking number to get the latest updates about the status of your package.
